Having dedicated years of my career to two of the region’s leading pest control corporations, I’ve gained invaluable insight into the industry’s inner workings. However, amidst the structured protocols and standardized procedures enforced by these national and semi-national entities, I’ve realized that the approach to pest control cannot be uniform. Too often, I found myself grappling with the limitations imposed by rigid company policies, compromising the quality of service delivered to our clients.

This realization inspired me to start my own pest control business in 2020, prioritizing personalized solutions and customer-centric values from the outset.

Our Mission

Is to provide effective pest control solutions with a focus on safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We will combine our expertise with common sense approaches to protect homes, businesses, and communities from pests.

I started Common Sense Pest Control with the following commitments in mind:

  • I will show up, as agreed, with all the tools and materials needed.
  • I will not treat the exterior of your home when it’s raining.
  • I will not treat the exterior of your home when it’s cold outside, unless absolutely necessary.
  • I will not step on your property without first letting you know. With all of the avenues of communication provided by today’s technology, there’s no reason for surprise visits.
  • Requests for supplementary services are completed within 24 hours.
